How Do I Make a Withdrawal?
Withdrawing funds from your Prestige.FM account is quick and easy.
- Log in to your account
- Download the Withdrawal form and send the completed form to email@example.com
Once the withdrawal has been approved, we will process the transaction and send your funds to the account from which they were debited. Prestige.FM does not charge any withdrawal fees.
Providing Verification Documentation

Prestige.FM clients are required to provide two forms of documentation, one that verifies your identity, and one that confirms your place of residence. Once these have been submitted, you will have completed the compliance procedure, guaranteeing that you experience a rapid, smooth and simple transaction process for all future deposits and withdrawals.
You can provide your Proof of Identification (POI) and Proof of Residence (POR) documents in any of the following ways

Proof of Identification (POI)
As proof of your identity, please send us a valid, up-to-date copy of a government issued identification document.
The POI must be a clear and legidble copy or scan of one of the following:
Your POI must show the following details:
Your full name
Your date of birth
A clear picture
An expiration date
Proof of Residence (POR)
Please send us a valid up-to-date POR document.
Please note: Any POR document older than 3 months will not be accepted.
The POR must be a clear and legible copy or scan of one of the following:
A bank or credit card statement
A utility bill for one of the following: water, electricity, landline phone, or gas
Your Proof of Residence must show these details:
Your full name
The date of issue
The adress of your current residence*
*This address should match the one you entered during registration, and which appears in your POI.
Credit Card Payments
If you intend to make a payment with a credit or debit card, you will need to provide
a copy of both the front and the back sides of the card clearly showing the following:
The name of the card holder
The expiry date
The first 5 digits and the last 4 digits of the credit card number (the middle 7 digits should be hidden)
Card signature (this must match that of your ID)
Take note: If your card does not show your name on it, you must send us a credit card statement that proves the card belongs to you. The statement must show your full name and the last 4 digits of the card.
Bank Transfer – Proof of Payment
Withdrawals to a bank account will only be processed back to the original account that the deposit was made from. Therefore, you will need to submit a screenshot of the transaction page from your account that shows the deposit.
